The Magistrates’ Court

• sentencing orders

The County Court

• the Court’s jurisdiction
• Appeals from the Magistrates’ Court to the County Court

• various offences and how they are dealt with within the court process

This is a good research site that allows searching of case law in the various jurisdictions and also a search of statutes.
